An initiative of former employees of the Agricultural University of Wageningen (Department of Landscape Architecture) and the SAG (Koos Bosma, Imke van Hellemondt, Erik de Jong) has led to the development of a plan and the establishment of an organization devoted to writing monographs of five influential post-war Dutch landscape architects. The EFL Foundation has made possible the realization of a pilot project.
The objective is five publications, based on thorough archival research, on the work of Dutch landscape architects chosen for the impact they have made – particularly in the context of urban developments – on the current practice of the profession: Wim Boer, Pieter Buys, Hein Otto, Mien Ruys and Hans Warnau. The pilot project is a monograph on Warnau, financed by the EFL Foundation.
